PepeFarms will allow us to secure our network by maintaining robust hashing power. Beyond ensuring network security, our mining operations will also generate profits from other Scrypt merge-minable coins. These profits will both protect our investments and fund community-voted charitable causes. There will be no tier list for donations made towards our cause, nor any donor hierarchy. To ensure continuity for the project, five key members will be elected quarterly to manage PepeFarms should I be unable to. Neither I nor these key members will have any voting rights on funding decisions, ensuring only the will of the community prevails, not individual interests.
Here is an example of how PepeFarms' community-driven charity aspect would work in practice:
A member proposes spending $X on issue Y; for example, a single mother they know, whose car broke down.
If the proposal receives enough votes from the PepeCoin community, PepeFarms donors decide whether to fund the cause.
A community member or volunteer is sent to the location to deliver the allocated funds, as well as learn more about the situation to report back to the community and in case further help can be administered.
